Invoice and PDF troubleshooting
Most invoice issues can be resolved by refreshing the page, using a current browser, checking download permissions, and reviewing the invoice again before sharing it.

PDF download is not working
- Refresh the page and try the PDF action again.
- Allow downloads or pop-ups for the site in your browser.
- Try a current Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox browser.
- Reduce a very large logo image and retry on a stable connection.
Logo or QR code is missing
Check that the image finished uploading and that the file type and size are supported. Review the live preview and the downloaded PDF. For a QR code, verify that the payment details are complete and that the code is large enough to scan.
The layout is broken on mobile
Rotate the phone, close other heavy browser tabs, zoom back to 100%, and reload the page. If the form is still difficult to use, create the invoice in a desktop browser and review the PDF on mobile before sending.
Invoice link or payment status is stale
Refresh the invoice link and confirm you are opening the correct invoice ID. For payment status, check the payment provider or bank confirmation first. Do not mark an invoice paid based only on a screenshot or an unverified message.
Browser and support checks
- Use a current browser with JavaScript enabled
- Clear the site cache only after preserving invoice details
- Try a private window to identify an extension or cached-file issue
- Contact support with the invoice ID, browser, device, and a short description; do not send passwords or payment credentials
