Using Invoice Studio

Invoice Studio provides a browser-based tool for preparing invoices and exporting them as PDFs. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully, provide information you are authorized to use, and avoid interfering with the website or attempting to access it in an unauthorized way.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking every invoice before sending it, including names, addresses, invoice numbers, dates, calculations, currency, tax, GST or VAT treatment, payment instructions, and due dates. You are also responsible for storing your records and complying with the requirements that apply in your country, state, or industry.

No professional advice

Invoice Studio is not an accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisory service. The availability of a tax or GST field does not determine whether tax should be charged. Consult a qualified professional or the relevant authority for advice about your obligations.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may update these terms, the website, or its features from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for errors in information you enter, invoices you send, tax treatment, missed payments, or losses resulting from reliance on an exported document. Keep a copy of important records and verify them independently.
